Staff is very kind and attentive (thank you Georgia for being so nice with the kids and for all the great tips for restaurants and tours around the place!). Pool is a nice addition and the kids loved it. Breakfast is plain but pretty good. Rooms are very clean and big enough, especially the double room with the big balcony (203). Location is out of town but that's not an issue in Ioannina as you are always with a car and driving around to Zagori or wherever.

The room condition was really good; clean and comfortable beds, cozy light, and nice terrace. Even if the building is old, the hotel seems to be perfectly managed without any inconvenience.

The hotel overall is very good. The location is very good (we used it for transit, towards Lefkada). Staff are very welcoming and friendly. the swimming pool is certainly a big plus for the kids. The parking is very good, covered with phtovoltaic panels.

Everyone was more than helpful and friendly! The pool was great, even though the prices were a little bit higher than they should be. The environment was relaxing and the rooms very well taken care of. Thank you Penny for making our stay wonderful!

from our room , we had a beautiful view in a small forest. The breakfastwas great , in high quality , and the staff re-fill all the time with food. The staff was wondeful, helpful and polite. The room was real clean.

A nice small hotel in the outskirts of Ioannina (close to the University, approx. 3.5km to the city center), clean and friendly. Plenty of parking spaces, most of of them in the shadow of a roof with a photovoltaic installation. A big supermarket next door.

a clean room with a cozy bed and a terrace , not very spacey for 4, but still ok as we didn’t plan to stay in a room more than just to sleep.the dog was welcomed and that’s a plus. parking was available. nice staff.
